Machinery Fleet
Specialist Equipment For Small or Large Scale Projects
We have built up an impressive fleet of specialist equipment which enables us to complete large scale commercial projects professionally and to deadline.
The fleet includes: purpose built timber forwarders, excavators with a variety of attachments including tree shears, mulching heads, timber trailers, forestry tractors and a whole tree chipper. Our equipment is owned outright and maintained to a very high standard.
When required machines are filled with bio-oil to fit in with environmental considerations. We are committed to working smart, therefore if we don’t have the correct piece of machinery for a specific tasking we will purchase it.
All of our operators hold the relevant NPTC/CSCS qualifications and have worked on a wide range of projects from land clearance to complex environmental projects such as Bickerton Hill.

Our experienced and highly trained team has delivered high quality solutions in challenging locations including utility power, rail networks and highways.
We have robust internal health and safety procedures and employ the services of an external NEBOSH health and safety consultant where needed. Project management and watching briefs can be implemented if required.
One of the most challenging projects to manage from a health and safety perspective was a large scale tree clearance along a hydro electric pipeline route for RWE N Power in North Wales. This project was completed ahead of schedule within the framework of a carefully designed health & safety management system.
Pabo Tree Services are adept at working within the CDM regulations. We can produce any required documentation in a timely manner to smooth our progress onto site.

Environmental Compliance

We are experienced at complying with both DEFRA and Local Authority regulations. We are familiar with managing and monitoring schedules, validating data and creating compliance reports for authorities so that our clients can be rest assured that all environmental requirements will be met.
We have successfully worked in conjunction with ecologists on very large scale projects with complex environmental challenges involving a range of protected species. We work closely with several bat experts and are able to share their expertise with our clients when needed.
On larger projects we complete our own environmental risk assessments and develop bespoke processes and procedures to minimise the impact of our activities on the environment we are working within.
